Position Overview

The Commercial Multi-National division is expanding. As the Global Client Solutions Specialist, you will report to the AVP of Client Solutions and engage directly with our international clientele, delivering the exceptional service Gallagher is renowned for. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing the renewal process, addressing daily policy modifications, and collaborating with insurers.

Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) – At Gallagher, we appreciate the flexibility of remote work while also valuing in-person collaboration.

Your Impact
  • Overseeing a designated portfolio of international clients, focusing on business retention and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Evaluating accounts during the renewal phase, ensuring necessary coverage is placed, re-marketing when needed, and adhering to the binding authority established by carriers.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries, ensuring swift action on their behalf.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, generating quality leads, and collaborating with Account Executives to secure client commitments.
  • Continuously enhancing your knowledge of the insurance market, staying informed about new products and policy updates.
Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to forge strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly prioritizing tasks to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Your attention to detail is a key factor in your past successes.
  • Technologically proficient, you are quick to learn new systems and processes.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines, particularly with large multi-national accounts, preferably in a brokerage setting.
  • Possession of an active RIBO License.
  • Active Quebec license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a significant advantage.
  • Relevant certifications such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM are highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with EPIC is considered beneficial.
