Overview of the Position

The Student Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding and cohesive experience for our learners. Daily interactions with students and educators are integral as they navigate their professional development in digital skills training. Your primary focus is to assist them throughout this journey, guaranteeing top-notch customer service and support during their BrainStation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for inquiries from students and educators
  • Collaborate with the Experience lead to implement the most effective student experience for BrainStation participants, alumni, and educators
  • Monitor and analyze student data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and alumni success
  • Manage student onboarding and course readiness to facilitate a seamless transition to Educators for course execution
  • Engage industry professionals as educators, guest speakers, and mentors for BrainStation bootcamps and courses
  • Work in tandem with our global Experience Team to create and execute strategies aimed at expanding our network of industry connections
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to the student experience and course delivery process with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with the campus operations team to ensure an optimal student experience, both in-person and online
  • Stay informed on industry trends to establish yourself as a subject matter expert in technology
  • Actively participate in the tech community and contribute to building the BrainStation brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in business development, recruitment, or growth marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at outreach and developing prospect lists
  • Strong understanding of career pathways within the technology sector is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is beneficial
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Willingness to assist in various areas of the organization as needed

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, subject to variation based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, and alignment with market data.
