About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at Classic Burger Group Inc. as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the resources needed to meet customer demand.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are clean and well-maintained at all times.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to work under pressure to meet customer demand. You will also need to be physically fit, as this role involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
