About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Red Satay Main Inc. as a key member of our food service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming dining area.
  • Dishwashing and Kitchen Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
