About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ACME FREIGHT SALES LIMITED. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Communication: Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to support the day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
