About the Role

We are looking for a Client Partnership Specialist to join our team. As a Client Partnership Specialist, you will build and manage partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snap. You will need great presentation and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and Secure Business Opportunities: Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  2. Client Service and Support: Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  3. Partnership Development: Partner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing strategic initiatives.
  4. Best Practices Development: Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  5. Sales Presentations: Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  6. Client Education: Educate clients on Snapchat products and best practices.
  7. Account Strategy: Create, own, and execute the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business.
  8. Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements.
  9. Client Relationship Management: Ensure strong health of the client relationships, identifying gaps where we do not have advocates.
  10. Presentation and Communication: Own a room, present dynamically, and instill confidence to challenge our clients.

Requirements

  1. Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing. Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  2. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives.
  3. Team Player: A team player and collaborator. Experience running Weekly Office Hours, QBRs, and leading top-to-tops.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
  3. Travel: Ability to travel as needed.

  1. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of growing top to bottom relationships with both clients and agencies.
  2. Sales Performance: Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  3. Creative Thinking: Creative, outside-the-box thinker, and strategist.
  4. Passion for Snap: Passion for Snap, marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
