Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Unionville Gate Family Dentists. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the preparation of the operating budget and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Coordinate the recruitment and training of new staff members, as well as manage employee relations and benefits.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the dental team and patients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
