Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate specific plans to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organize and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Train team members on their roles and company policies.
  • Compile and submit necessary reports.
  • Oversee the operation of office equipment and ensure its maintenance.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of staff.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedural guidelines.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including:

  • Administrative clerks
  • General office clerks
  • Telephone operators
  • Typists and word processing operators
Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is required:
