Key Responsibilities- Formulate specific plans to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organize and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of work.
- Train team members on their roles and company policies.
- Compile and submit necessary reports.
- Oversee the operation of office equipment and ensure its maintenance.
- Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality.
- Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of staff.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedural guidelines.
This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including:
- Administrative clerks
- General office clerks
- Telephone operators
- Typists and word processing operators
Proficiency in the following software is required:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- QuickBooks
The role demands a high level of organization and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
