Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock movements.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and warehouse operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics and supply chain activities.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin and Vietnamese being an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
