Restaurant Operations Manager

At Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and hospitality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving operations, and increasing revenue
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and labor laws
