Administrative Support Specialist

Back in Motion Rehab is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Richmond. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clients and staff, including greeting clients, booking appointments, and answering inquiries.
- Manage client records, prepare clinical documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Assist with daily operations, including balancing end-of-day transactions, preparing bank deposits, and monitoring ICBC and WSBC rejections.
- Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained, and respond to client and staff needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate daily activities, close client appointments, and prepare attendance sheets.
- Assist with general office administration, including mail distribution, uploading medicals, and coordinating client files upon discharge.
Requirements:
- At least one year of administrative experience or related experience.
- Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Experience with Jane Software is an asset.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills.
