Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at J.E. Agnew Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
