Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Marbleslab Creamery. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and employee performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication.
