About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
    • Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality control requirements.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, meeting our high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data.
    • Manage our inventory, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Team Management
    • Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 month of experience in a food service role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, and may be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
