Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KT Hospitality. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
