Become a part of our esteemed organization We are in search of a Human Resources – Compensation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders within the HR division. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of fundamental HR operations, including job classification, recruitment, and remuneration strategies. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Payroll and Benefits Management, along with proficiency in the Phoenix payroll system.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Strong skills in MS Office software
  • Familiarity with HR information management systems
  • Capability to address inquiries from the public and internal parties
