What is the Opportunity?

As a Royal Bank of Canada Financial Planner, you will develop relationships and create custom investment solutions for prospective and existing clients. You will work alongside internal partners who send client referrals your way, leveraging your creativity, motivation, and sales skills to provide world-class advice and solutions that help clients achieve their long-term goals. With unlimited earning potential, you can create a successful career and help clients achieve financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored financial planning advice and solutions using a range of investment and portfolio solutions.
  • Acquire and consolidate existing and new clients and assets.
  • Connect clients with the right RBC team members to meet their ongoing needs.
  • Develop external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and your professional network.

Requirements

Must-have

  • Financial Planning Designation (IPF) or in the process of completion.
  • Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial planning.
  • Proven networking and client acquisition skills.
  • Ability to cultivate strong partner relationships.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve clients with English and French-speaking needs.
