Position Overview:

As a Financial Consultant, Acquisition Specialist, you will leverage a growth-oriented mindset to evaluate and analyze potential opportunities, crafting detailed financial strategies that encompass:

  • Risk management
  • Estate planning
  • Liability management
  • Cash flow and budgeting
  • Education funding
  • Tax strategies
  • Retirement planning
  • Investment management
  • Practice management
  • Goal setting

Your role will involve generating outbound leads and managing incoming referrals, transforming both into meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure a premium client experience that reflects MD values and branding.

• Participate in and lead client seminars, partner events, and conferences to showcase the MD difference within the medical community.

• Actively pursue market share growth through strategic prospecting and exceptional client relationship management.

• Maintain pipeline reporting for effective sales oversight and prepare quarterly business plans to meet individual and corporate objectives.

• Uphold professional standards and compliance with industry regulations, ensuring ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• A strong desire to enhance your knowledge of advanced financial planning concepts, including taxation and investment trends.

• Comfort in facilitating seminars and providing insights on investment programs and related services.

• A proactive approach to client needs, with a high level of technological proficiency for virtual meetings and CRM systems.

• Confidence in your abilities and in the products offered by MD Financial Management.

• A university degree or college diploma in business, commerce, or financial planning.

• IIROC licensed as a Registered Representative (IIROC-RR) and completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), with a commitment to complete any necessary training.

• Life License (LLQP) for applicable provinces and readiness to fulfill other regulatory requirements.
