Investment Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Consultant to join our team at Aon. As a Senior Investment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our institutional investment clients.

This position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in our office, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Applicants must have authorization to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting support and technical assistance to various institutional investment clients
  • Anticipate and address client issues and develop solutions in collaboration with the team
  • Review client accounts and recommend improvements based on industry trends
  • Enhance Aon's service offerings based on client needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on investment projects
  • Mentor junior colleagues to deliver high-quality service

You will report to the Practice Leader and contribute to developing new investment consulting relationships. You will work on analyzing and designing consulting assessments and be part of a results-oriented team with diverse expertise.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial/investment consulting
  • Deep understanding of institutional investment and industry processes
  • Knowledge of investment concepts and financial markets
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Commerce, or related field
  • MBA or CFA certification preferred
