About the Role

Boston Pizza International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant, including training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Front of House management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
