About the Role

Cox Contractors Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in good working order.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for our team members.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials as needed.
  • Data Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
