About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Park Theatre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of other team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and organized work environment.
  • Manage Training and Development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and Coordinate events, meetings, and other activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Perform Data Entry and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocation costs covered by employer.
