About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Park Theatre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of other administrative staff members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Training and Development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of administrative staff.
  • Oversee Communication Strategies to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and Coordinate events, meetings, and other activities, ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.
  • Perform Data Entry and other administrative tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
