Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
