About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and engaged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
