About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of over 20 employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock and supplies.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business administration).
    • 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
