Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and excess.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that our restaurant is operating within budget and that we are meeting our financial goals.
Customer ServiceEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, ensuring that our restaurant remains competitive in a crowded market.
Requirements- Education
A college diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
ExperienceA minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, staff management, and financial management.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Computer SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working ConditionsThis is a fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be required to work overtime as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
