Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
