Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Maple Supply Chain Management Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Establish work schedules and procedures, and ensure that team members are trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Examine and verify the accuracy of work, and identify areas for improvement.
- Staff Development: Identify workers' training needs, and provide coaching and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Operations: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Permanent position, 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
