Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

Maple Supply Chain Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives to help them improve their performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to train and develop others, and experience with customer service software and systems.
