Executive Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to deliver comprehensive support to senior executives within the Manitoba Government. This role demands a high level of organization, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive administrative and secretarial assistance to executive and senior management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel.
- Draft, format, edit, and proofread various documents while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit political awareness and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Engage professionally with management and stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships through excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Oversee the organization of correspondence and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges as they arise.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with policies, procedures, and guidelines is essential.

- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

- Post-secondary education in office or business administration from a recognized institution is advantageous.
