About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wingo Consulting Group Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
