Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Meadows Resort Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Policies
The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these guidelines.
Negotiate with SuppliersThe successful candidate will negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring that the resort receives the best possible deals and services.
Client RelationsThe Front Desk Manager will be responsible for negotiating with clients for the use of facilities, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Financial ManagementThe successful candidate will prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the resort operates within its financial means.
Customer ServiceThe Front Desk Manager will be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Special Needs AssistanceThe successful candidate will assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring that all guests receive the support and assistance they require.
Work SchedulingThe Front Desk Manager will be responsible for establishing work schedules, ensuring that all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Personal Suitability- Client Focus
The successful candidate will possess a strong client focus, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Interpersonal SkillsThe Front Desk Manager will possess efficient interpersonal skills, ensuring that all staff members and clients interact in a professional and respectful manner.
CommunicationThe successful candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, ensuring that all clients and staff members are informed and updated on all matters.
TeamworkThe Front Desk Manager will be a team player, working collaboratively with all staff members to achieve the resort's goals and objectives.
Work Term and LanguageThe successful candidate will be required to work a 37.5 hour week, with the ability to work in English.
