The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these guidelines.
Negotiate with SuppliersThe successful candidate will negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel receives the best possible deals and services.
Client RelationsThe Front Desk Manager will be responsible for negotiating with clients for the use of facilities, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Financial ManagementThe successful candidate will prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the hotel operates within its financial means.
Customer ServiceThe Front Desk Manager will be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Staff SupportThe successful candidate will assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Work SchedulesThe Front Desk Manager will be responsible for establishing work schedules, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these schedules.
Requirements- Education
The successful candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceThe Front Desk Manager will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageThe successful candidate will be fluent in English.
Work HoursThe Front Desk Manager will work 37.5 hours per week.
