We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
- Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, taking into account their preferences and any special requests.
- Guest Services: Provide guests with information on hotel services, local attractions, and amenities, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of what our hotel has to offer.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage room reservations, process check-ins and check-outs, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an asset.
- Work Setting: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
