Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, including managing room assignments and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions and points of interest.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls and provide general information about hotel services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Client focus, dependability, and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and a team player.
