Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, including taking, canceling, and changing room reservations.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Dependability, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

Our hotel laundry environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
