Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Alpine Meadows Resort Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and provide customer service to guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
