Office Operations Manager

Besanz is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration
- Establish and maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Record Management
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Reporting and Data Entry
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Training and Supervision
- Train staff on office procedures and policies.
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Personal Qualities
- Demonstrate flexibility, organization, and reliability in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Work 30 hours per week.
- Work in a permanent position.
- Work language: English.
