Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at 1641602 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our administrative staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, training, and development of our staff, as well as maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing and disseminating reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team-oriented culture.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
