Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively interact with advisors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
- Collaborate with peers and external wholesalers to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to advisors, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed advice to advisors.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
- LLQP designation preferred (or in process).
- College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
