Bilingual Insurance Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Internal Insurance Wholesaler to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with advisors, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively interact with advisors to support key relationships and uncover sales opportunities.
- Handle and coordinate daily tasks effectively to achieve efficiency metrics.
- Handle incoming advisor inquiries and provide support with case consultations, illustration support, product queries, and training.
- Investigate proactive sales opportunities using peers, external wholesalers, tools, and resources.
- Build and maintain advisor profiles and data on current and proposed activity using Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate with peers from other teams, departments, and territories to share business leads and ideas.
- At least 2 years of insurance/sales experience.
- Bilingual and fluent in French and English is a requirement.
- LLQP designation preferred (or in process).
- College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including an intermediate level of experience using Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Well-organized, self-starter with high energy and creativity.
