**Job Summary**

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for prioritizing and executing project backlogs in an agile environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and prioritize work for product enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Guide stakeholders and negotiate priority of items, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Perform demos of new or changing functionality to stakeholders, effectively communicating product value.
  • Provide feedback to enhance future product features, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams and other product stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.

**Requirements**

  • An undergraduate degree in business or computer science, with at least eight years of experience in a financial institution or agricultural industry, including at least four years of project management experience.
  • Product owner certification is an asset.
