Product Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and drive inventory processing and accuracy.
- Proactively plan, prioritize, and manage inventory shifts to ensure optimal product availability for guests.
- Engage team members in inventory management and create a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations to store leadership.
- 1 year of work experience in inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
- Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or process implementation with others.
- Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
- Competitive hourly rate with a target bonus of an additional $3 per hour.
