Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Training Coordinator to join our team at Labris Global Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training coordination and a passion for delivering high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Program Development
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
  • Design and develop training materials, resources, and assessments to meet the needs of our employees.
Training Delivery
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, utilizing various training methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and training software to deliver training programs and track employee progress.
Training Logistics
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Manage training registrations and attendance records to ensure accurate tracking of employee participation.
Assessment and Evaluation
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously improve training content based on feedback from employees and subject matter experts.
Compliance and Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements, such as safety and regulatory training.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation to meet organizational needs.
Employee Development
  • Work with managers to identify individual development needs and provide guidance on career development and learning paths.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
Requirements
  1. Education
  • A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
Eligibility
  • This position is open only to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in training coordination or related roles.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
Certifications (optional but beneficial)
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
  • Training Coordinator Certification.
Work Environment
  • The Training Coordinator may work from our office or remotely, depending on organizational policies.
