About the Role

Punjabi Secrets Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and events
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or senior kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, inventory management, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
