Position Overview

Dallx Inc is seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our users and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation.
  • Offer advice and training to users based on identified issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support analysts.
  • Deliver business systems, network, and Internet support to users as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage incidents effectively.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Familiarity with intranet systems.
  • Knowledge of server management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with MS Windows operating systems.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
