Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and professional IT support directly at client locations.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations, diagnostics, and resolutions for desktop-related issues, providing recommendations and implementing effective solutions.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot client workstations, mobile devices, and associated hardware or software to meet required service levels.
  • Utilize the ticket management system to document, update, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various support teams across global locations to assist in troubleshooting client challenges.
  • Employ tools for building, monitoring, and diagnosing client devices.
  • Engage in disaster recovery testing initiatives.
  • Adhere to procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring desktop operations.
  • Create technical support and client documentation in the form of Knowledgebase articles.
  • Strive to meet or exceed established customer service standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk roles.
  • Proficient in configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing printers, PCs, and laptops.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, and MAC OS support.
  • Experience with Windows 11 migration processes.
  • Strong skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of asset tracking and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of supporting clients in a financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service-oriented approach.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Dress Code: Business casual.
