Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Big Feet. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Recruitment: Assist with planning and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing data entry.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
