About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bridlewood Child Learning Centre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including preparing minutes of meetings, establishing office procedures, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our centre's operations.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the overall organization of our office space.
  • Financial Management: Maintain financial records, establish and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Publisher, Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and accounting software.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
